I think a goober is a chocolate-covered peanut-y treat that is very delicious. So, that is a good name. Because you are very sweet, and just a little bit nutty.

I think a goober is when your eyes get crusty things in them. I'm sure it's just a term of endearment.

Oh... and, Honey... the dog is staying. Yep... you heard me. She's here for the long haul.

A goober is something you like to eat, like when little beans pick goobers out of their nose and eat them...

But it is a sweet term of endearment, for such a sweet kitty.

Oh oh... a woofie?

Peas, peas, peas, peas, eatin' goober peas! Goodness how delicious eating goober peas.
(Mommy made us type that. She thinks it's the theme song to Goober Peas, the chocolate covered peanuts)
Cute photo, Honey P!

A goober is a peanut. A peanut can mean a small person or child. Since you're not a child, I think your mom is saying that you are her sweet special kitty. It a good name. I would like to be called Goober.

LOL, can't stop laughing at everykitties definition of a "goober". Benji says "goober" is better than his nickname from me. I always am calling him Benji Boober.
